Directions
At Christmas we run a ‘Christmas Store’. Many of the men who stay with us have no means to purchase a gift for their loved ones. We receive $1500 worth of toys and other gifts and ‘sell’ them in exchange for volunteer time or at very low cost. This provides the resident the ability to provide something for a loved one that they earned rather than something they had to beg for. After all, ‘…it is more blessed to give than it is to receive’. (Jesus)
