If there are faithful readers out there, I do apologize as I need to write the final edition of this next week. I am off to San Francisco this morning taking my last 3 days of holidays. The MS Society are sending me there to ride in the San Fran MS ride which starts tomorrow morning as I cycle accross the Golden Gate Bridge and then head north to cycle 125 miles through Northern California wine country in the fight to end MS.
